Going down the rabbit hole...

For those that are downtrodden in their lives, who have no direction, no basic feeling of "wonder"...I suggest you try this book. Insightful, very well written and exploratory, it gives us a very clean, uninhibited view of the great "I AM" (god). For those who have not experienced this phenomenon, I suggest you give this publication a try.

Good Information and Philosophy; Not Newbie Friendly

Having loosely followed the author's internet efforts for around a year before the creation of the book, and on a spiritual path for far longer, I found the enclosed info relatively familiar. What I really appreciated about the "complete guide" was in the fact that it is indeed a complete system of belief. Further, Shawn's enlightened philosophy is unconstrictive and growth-promoting, not forcing you into a small set of specifics but focusing on the big picture, the many sandbags and cables behind the curtain of this massive stage we call life; inherent mechanics of the metaphysical universe that keep the gears turning. In terms of informational content, and the concise, cut-the-crap presentation of hard gained wisdom, I can't give I AM GOD high enough praise without sounding like a biased, gushing fanboy.

However, the very presentation that makes Shawn's book such a powerful asset for veterans of the spiritual life view makes it a difficult read for the less experienced. I tried to read a chapter or two from a more mundane viewpoint, not calling on my years of experience getting down the "feelings" of spirit, and the preconcieved understandings that came with it. It seemed very lofty and ungrounded in reality with all its spiritual terminology and reliance on notions that put humans in a more deified state than mortal. Indeed, from that view I could have halled the author arrogant without batting an eye, as that is definitely how he comes across for the uninitiated (the internet certainly proved that enough times). Because of this I can't give this otherwise stellar collection of wisdom a five. There are a LOT of people on the planet, and the vast majority of them count as "newbies" to the mindset.

So overall, "I AM GOD - And so are you!" gets a big thumbs up from me, with one huge caviat. This is not a beginner's guide to spirituality. It is an advanced series of ideas that, with the experience and preconceptions, can become the spark that kindles the fire of enlightenment, or at least better intellectual quality of life.

Incredible Insight, Credible Explanation

In short, this book contains everything one needs to understand reality in a way that truly satisfies. The lessons it gives allow readers to take total control over their lives in ways which impact every area of one's being, as it shows that all change comes from within. Does this seem too good to be true? Many of us think so, but those who understand the core truths of reality will not only believe it, but understand why to believe it. This book is a great first step along that path. It provides incredible insight while remaining astoundingly credible.

I happened to come across Dall's lessons just as he was beginning to publish them online, and through applying them to my life, I have become fully content with who I am and what is around me. I saw that the "cure-all solution" that I sought was everywhere around me the whole time.

I cannot recommend this book highly enough. Be you religious or atheist, young or old, fortunate or unfortunate, you will find something of value here.
